Master Plans / Consultation Services

Not sure about what or how to do something?  Arrange a site visit or have us prepare a master plan.  We will come to your home or business and discuss your specific needs and concerns.

 Site Visit / Consultation: $50 per hour (1 hr. minimum) (Free for Angie's List Members)

 

Plan View: (Bird's Eye)

$100+ for a small project. (condo, courtyard, etc.)

$300 - $1,000 - 1/6 - 1/4 acre lot

$1,000 - $2000 - large lots or extremely detailed projects.

Plans will be to scale and will include all of the components discussed at the site visit including a plant list and square footage take-offs for sod and bed areas. To design a sprinkling plan or to compile a materials list for anything else will be a fee of $50 per hour.

How to get your project rolling

  •  Give us a call and set up an appointment for a consultation and site visit to chat with you and take a personal look at your site.
  • Joi will talk with you about whether or not your particular project will require a plan and if so, what the plan will cost.
  • If your project is basic and doesn't need a plan, Joi will work up an estimate that will be broken down into components that you can chose from.  You may decide to do certain things yourself or hire our services for the things you'd rather not tackle.
  • If your project requires a plan: The plan and estimate will be prepared. Joi will contact you for an appointment to go over the plan and estimate with you.
