Site Visit: $50 per hour (1 hr. minimum)
Plan View: (Bird's Eye)
$100+ for a small project.
$300 - $1,000 - 1/4 acre lot
$1,000 - $2000 - large lots or extremely detailed projects.
Plans will be to scale and will include all of the components discussed at the site visit including a plant list and square footage take-offs for sod and bed areas. To design a sprinkling plan or to compile a materials list for anything else will be a fee of $50 per hour.
