We have found it necessary to charge a $50.00 design consultation fee which is reimbursable if our services are contracted. Joi will meet with you for a site visit, review your ideas and concerns, and ascertain what would be the best for your circumstances. Most jobs entail a plan which is custom drawn by Joi and also acts as a basis for a bid that is broken down into components so that this enables the customer to either pick and chose what phases they want to complete over a number of years, or do the entire project all at once. The plan is as necessary for a landscape as it is to build a house in order to make sure that we're both on the same page and the project runs in an organized manner. These plans range in cost anywhere from a $200.00 minimum for a small project, up to $1,000.00 or more for a large detailed project. If the job is simple and straight forward, a plan may not be needed. |
